Something for Nothing
They say you can't get something for nothing, but it's not true. "How's that?" you ask. When it comes to managed file transfer or "MFT", transferring large files inside the network is fairly straightforward; almost a no-brainer. Sending large files outside the network can be more of a challenge--especially if the recipient needs to preregister or install a plug-in. With Safe-T, no plug-in is required... but we've already covered this territory.
Having external users or business partners return "megafiles" to your network can definitely pose a challenge. There is no chance that you'll ever convince them--or their IT staff--to install a plug-in or Active X on your behalf.

While with some solutions this might be a challenge, with Safe-T, this is actually no challenge at all. All you need to do is to send them an invitation called a "SafeReply". And our extensible Unified Platform lets you decide where your business partner will submit the file... whether to a dedicated internal server protected by your corporate anti-virus, a remote secure server, or.... you get the idea.

So what does all this have to do with "something for nothing"?

Well if you have x users, and you've bought x licenses of Safe-T, do you really want to buy a license for every business parter who wants to send you large files? Of course not. And Safe-T doesn't expect you to. You see, there is no license or licensing fee for business partners who submit a file to your network using a SafeReply. So whether you have 100, 1000 or 10,000 business partners, they can all securely submit files and folders of *any* size to your network--for free. You just need to send them a SafeReply.

Once you get tired of repeatedly sending SafeReplies to the same partner, then it's time to buy him or her a license. And for that, we'll be happy to help. Just contact us.
